✓Safety concerns or unprofessional behavior

✓Service quality and work ethic

Not Allowed

✕False, misleading, or fabricated information

✕Personal attacks based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

✕Threats, doxxing, or incitement to violence

✕Private personal information unrelated to the professional interaction

✕Spam, promotional content, or coordinated inauthentic reviews

✕Unverifiable claims of criminal activity

Safety Flags

Use safety flags for genuine concerns only

The safety flag is reserved for situations involving physical danger, harassment, predatory behavior, or scam activity. For payment issues, ghosting, or unprofessional behavior, use the behavior checkboxes instead.

Misuse of the safety flag to harm someone's reputation without genuine cause is a violation of these guidelines and may result in your review being removed.

Moderation

AI-assisted review before publishing

All reviews pass through AI moderation before publishing. The system filters for personal information, threatening language, and content that violates these guidelines. Reviews that pass moderation are published within 1–24 hours.

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines at our discretion, with or without notice.
